The Flambeur 60 combines all the essentials: a stylish design, precise wood-fired cooking, and heat that lasts long after the flames have died down.
A true work of design, this flambeur becomes the centerpiece of an outdoor—or even indoor—kitchen.
With this oven, we cook over an open flame, with pizza as our main focus. We also cook without an open flame, because it’s a true masonry wood-fired oven, designed to store the heat from the wood fire and release it for hours. This allows the cooking process to continue long after the last flame has gone out.
Made in Haute-Provence from natural French materials, it combines artisanal craftsmanship with innovation: The Flambeur 60 can be assembled in less than an hour, without any masonry work.

We’re featuring it on our website: it comes in two colors with three color combinations to choose from—Black/Manganese, Terracotta/Sand, and Green/Eucalyptus.
The Flambeur comes in two sizes: the Flambeur 90, with a cooking diameter of 90 cm, and the more compact Flambeur 60, with a cooking diameter of 60 cm.
The Flambeur 60 rounds out the Flambeur line, which was launched over a year ago and includes models of wood-fired ovens for home use, as well as a line for professionals.
Why is Le Flambeur an innovation?
- Because our unfinished wood-fired oven kits typically take 2 to 3 weeks to build. The Flambeur design allows for installation in 2 hours.
- Because the oven’s design differs from what you’d traditionally find in a wood-fired oven—which is often dome-shaped or box-shaped. With the Flambeur line, the design is more contemporary, featuring modern materials(powder-coated steel) and unique colors.
