Revolutionizing the world of wood-fired ovens, the Flambeur range, launched 2 years ago, is enriched by a new oven with a unique design and performance. Rounded corners, two-tone powder-coated steel, terrazzo top: the unique aesthetics of the Flambeur Pro 120 set it apart from all other ovens, allowing it to integrate the most beautiful kitchens as well as the most fashionable terraces.

Its 120 cm cooking diameter gives it excellent output capacity. The Flambeur 120 includes our flagship Le Nomade 120 kit model, which is lighter than our other professional wood-fired ovens and therefore easier to install, with unrivalled cooking qualities. Insulated with mineral wool, the oven rests on a hearth of terracotta slabs, themselves insulated, for exceptional inertia.
