A project subsidized by the GAL Haute-Provence-Luberon

Thanks to the LEADER program, the Haute-Provence-Luberon LAG has supported Ephrem in the creation of L’Office, its future culinary workshop, aimed at individuals and catering professionals. LEADER (Liaison Entre Actions de Développement de l’Economie Rurale) is a European approach to supporting pilot projects in rural areas.

L’Office will be a space for experimentation, transmission, exchange and encounters. A multi-faceted, open and modular space, centered around wood-fired cooking and low-tech culinary innovation. It will be equipped with professional wood-fired ovens and a professional kitchen.

The structuring nature of the project for the region having been recognized, it was the subject of an agreement ratifying the allocation of European funds, which the Région Sud and the GAL Haute-Provence-Luberon intend to commit to Ephrem.

The Office is due to open in 2024!
