Delivery methods

We offer four different delivery methods to accommodate various situations:

  • Pick-up at the factory (by appointment): This option is available for customers who are able to come directly to our premises to collect their order. Once your order is ready, our sales department will contact you to schedule an appointment for the pick-up. Please note that it may take an average of 2 working days for your order to be prepared and ready for collection.
  • Colissimo (home delivery): Available for accessory orders only.
  • Standard home delivery (if accessible by HGV +14T, within 10 to 12 days): Available for larger orders and for addresses that are accessible by lorries of 14T or more. We will arrange delivery through our trusted HGV carriers. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment and confirm the day of delivery. le jour de livraison.
  • Specific home delivery (area only accessible by light vehicle, within 15 days): Suitable for addresses that are isolated or poorly accessible by larger vehicles. Delivery will be arranged through a light vehicle (3.5T) to ensure smooth access to your location. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment and confirm the day of delivery.

When choosing one of our delivery methods during the ordering process, please consider the accessibility of your address. Selecting a specific delivery method implies that you commit to having an address suitable for that particular type of delivery. We strongly recommend providing an address that is easily accessible for standard home delivery. This will help prevent additional costs and ensure a smoother and faster delivery process.

Delivery times

Order preparation

We strive to prepare and process all orders for in-stock products within 48 hours, excluding weekends. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification informing you that your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times

Colissimo: home delivery within 48 to 72 hours from the drop-off at a relay point. You can track your parcel using the provided tracking information in the email from Colissimo.

Standard home delivery (if accessible by HGV +14T): Once your order has been dispatched, the carrier will reach out to you within 5 days to schedule a delivery appointment. The actual delivery will take place in a few days, depending on your availability, typically around 10 to 12 days after placing the order (excluding weekends).

Specific home delivery (area only accessible by light vehicle): The process is similar to standard delivery. However, the delivery times are more spread out as we need to arrange a carrier with a smaller vehicle that is suited for narrower roads. Delivery typically takes around 15 days (excluding weekends).

Geographical areas covered

We currently offer delivery services exclusively to mainland France. However, for Corsica, we do provide the option of using the Colissimo service for accessories only.

For customers in Corsica, Switzerland, and the Netherlands, we recommend contacting our local resellers for inquiries and a personalised service.

For delivery in Europe and outside Europe, contact our sales department directly for a personalised quote.

Track my order

Once you place an order and complete the payment, you will receive an email confirming your order and payment. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email notifying you of the dispatch. You can track the status of your order by logging into your account and navigating to the “My Orders” section.

“In progress” means that your order is still being processed.

“Completed” means that your order has been dispatched.

Returns policy

Our returns policy can be found in our general terms and conditions of sale.

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to carefully inspect its condition. If you notice any issues such as missing or broken parts, please make a clear note of it on the receipt provided by the carrier. In case your order has been damaged during transit, we recommend taking photographs of the damages and then contacting our sales department at commande@four-ephrem.com.
