Ephrem rewarded for its commitment to sustainable development

With its commitment to national sourcing, the use of natural materials and the complete renovation of the factory, Ephrem was able to demonstrate its determination to put sustainable development at the heart of the business taken over by Virginie and Sylvain Pesce.

This award is an additional incentive to continue going further. The eco-responsible third-party food centre project and the rural culinary laboratory (supported by the European LEADER fund) are taking shape, while the company vegetable garden is already in the ground.

There are many more projects to come, including the development of local networks, eco-design and carbon footprinting, and the creation of an LPO refuge.

Thank you to La Provence for this award!
