Ephrem honored for its commitment to sustainable development

Committed to a national supply approach, the use of natural materials, and the complete renovation of the manufacturing site, Ephrem has successfully demonstrated its dedication to placing sustainable development at the heart of the business revival led by Virginie and Sylvain Pesce.

This award is an additional motivation to keep pushing forward. The eco-responsible food third place project and the rural culinary laboratory (supported by the European LEADER fund) are taking shape, while the company vegetable garden has already begun to grow.

Development of the local network, eco-design and carbon footprint assessment, creation of an LPO refuge—many projects are still to come.
