Selected by the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of PACA and then France, Ephrem had the opportunity to showcase its expertise at the *Made in France* trade show, held from November 11 to 14, 2021, at Paris Porte de Versailles. This was a great opportunity for us to present to the public both the technical sophistication and the simplicity of our wood-fired ovens.

From September 10 to 12, 2021, the Manufacture Ephrem presented its various wood-fired ovens to the public: domestic, professional, and bakery ovens. The event featured a demonstration supported by bread and pizza workshops led by our ambassador Emmanuel Barthélémy, a professional pizzaiolo and baker. A delightful experience for both young and old, who had the chance to put on an apron and become real culinary professionals for an hour.
