Parc de La Villette has inaugurated its new farm, a community space designed to welcome visitors with community gardens and group workshops dedicated to discovering and passing on skills related to working the land.
Designed as a space for exchange and learning, this new venue aims to raise awareness among people of all ages about agricultural practices, gardening, and the activities that help us better understand our connection to the natural world.

Located in the heart of the Ferme du Parc de La Villette, our Le Flambeur Pro 120 wood-fired oven played a key role in this opening day by hosting several cooking demonstrations focused on sourdough bread and the art of baking in a wood-fired oven.
For the occasion, Loubna Tahif, Ephrem ambassador and baker at Fournil Fleuri, shared her expertise and experience through a series of demonstrations, allowing visitors to discover the techniques and methods specific to traditional wood-fired baking.
