On March 24 and 25, we were in Marseille for the first edition of the Sirha Méditerranée, a new event dedicated to professionals in the restaurant, hospitality, and culinary industries.
For this inaugural edition, the event partnered with the European selection of the Bocuse d’Or, providing a particularly dynamic setting for discussions, demonstrations, and gatherings centered on gastronomy.
The inaugural Sirha Méditerranée Marseille, a celebration of sharing
On this occasion, we were pleased to introduce the new color combination for the Flambeur Pro 120: Ochre/Indigo, a new option that enhances our line of professional wood-fired ovens.
But as is often the case at these major culinary events, it is also the moments of camaraderie and creativity that leave a lasting impression.
The Food Corner at Manufacture Ephrem
One of the highlights of our participation in Sirha Méditerranée took place at the Manufacture Ephrem Food Corner, set up outdoors.
To bring this culinary space to life, several talented chefs took turns in the kitchen:
All of this is orchestrated by Marina Barthélémy, who is at the helm of this wonderful culinary adventure.
Over the course of these two days, demonstrations and tastings took place one after another in an atmosphere that was both professional and warm, true to the spirit that defines our events.
Thank you to all the participants
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Manuel, Julien, Emmanuel, and Marina for their presence, energy, and creativity throughout the trade show.
Thank you also to all the visitors who came to see our ovens, talk with our team, and share these culinary moments with us.
This first edition of Sirha Méditerranée will remain a wonderful experience for us in Marseille, filled with meaningful encounters and moments of togetherness.
It also marked the start of a particularly indulgent season for Manufacture Ephrem. A few weeks later, we joined several chefs and food enthusiasts at the Les Chefs à Saint-Tropez event , where the cooking demonstrations featuring our wood-fired ovens were once again met with great enthusiasm.
Two different events, but with a common thread: a passion for flavor, the joy of cooking, and the desire to create moments of togetherness around the fire.
