This bakery, run by Laurent ROTTIER, had to choose a wood-fired oven in order to keep its business going, as rising electricity costs were unfortunately making it difficult to operate. This baker from a village in the Sarthe region turned to Ephrem and chose a 4m² Boulanger oven to reduce his electricity bill.
