The Gastronome Pro was designed using chamotte . It is a reinforced version of the residential model, offering better wear resistance. It is therefore perfect for non-professional breadmaking enthusiasts. It is also an alternative for professionals with little space. Its external hood makes it extremely versatile for pizzas, bread, grilled food  or simmered dishes. The floor is made of compressed and calcined refractory slabs which are ultra wear-resistant. Included: hood, refractory clay slab floor, cast iron façade with double swing door & barbecue grid.
