The @maisonetobjet trade show comes to an end. A great first edition for @manufacture_ephrem: concrete and promising projects, international buyers interested and seduced by Les Flambeurs. The revival of the ancestral kiln is really catching on, especially when it becomes a real design object.
Le Flambeur, a blend of design and know-how
We took part in Maison & Objet, the international meeting place for design, decoration and the art of living, to present Le Flambeur, our contemporary-design mass-produced wood-fired oven.
The show was an opportunity to meet architects, chefs and hotel owners from all over the world, and to discuss new uses for wood-fired cooking and the integration of the oven into demanding design projects.
Le Flambeur: a wood-fired oven reinvented
Manufactured in our Provence workshops, Le Flambeur takes its inspiration from the ancestral wood-fired oven, while responding to today’s needs.
Thanks to its masonry hearth made of natural materials and its remarkable thermal inertia, it offers great cooking versatility: cooking with a flame, but also cooking at a falling temperature, well after the flambé.
Its concept and design particularly appealed to visitors to the show, who appreciated the balance between performance, ease of use and contemporary lines, both indoors and out.

A solution also designed for professionals
We also presented the Flambeur Pro, designed to meet the needs of chefs and professionals in the hotel and catering industry.
Available in a range of formats, it combines robustness, cooking precision and aesthetic appeal.
Discussions with chefs and project developers confirmed the interest in equipment capable of becoming a real centerpiece, serving the culinary experience and the identity of the venue.

Maison & Objet: an international meeting place
This year’s participation at Maison & Objet was marked by the richness of the encounters and the diversity of the profiles present.
Architects, designers, chefs and hoteliers shared a common interest in sustainable, well-thought-out, meaningful objects.
A highlight that confirms Ephrem’s place in large-scale projects, both in France and abroad, and reinforces our determination to continue developing the wood-fired oven as a kitchen and design object.
