Un fuoco controllato, con il calore contenuto dalla massa del forno, che dura nel tempo e permette tutti i tipi di cottura.   <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:54px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#f5a555\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Celebrazione di 50 anni di esperienza e di una manifattura reinventata<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Il 24 giugno celebreremo la storia della fabbrica, iniziata nel 1975 con <strong>Alain e Andr\u00e9 Ephrem<\/strong> e proseguita nel 2019 con <strong>Sylvain Pesce e Virginie Boeri Pesce<\/strong>. <br\/>\u00c8 una storia di competenza, basata sulla produzione di veri e propri forni a legna in muratura, ispirati al forno comune di un tempo. Un forno totem dove il fuoco riuniva le persone, dove la cucina veniva celebrata e condivisa. Un&#8217;esperienza culinaria unica che dura nel tempo, grazie al calore profondo che solo la pietra refrattaria pu\u00f2 dominare.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" id=\"titre3\">Oggi, Ephrem si \u00e8 reinventata e ha rivisitato questo forno, dandogli un nuovo look.
