It\u2019s the one that\u2019s reinventing wood-fired baking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Flambeur 60 combines all the essentials: a stylish design, precise wood-fired cooking, and heat that lasts long after the flames have died down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A true work of design, this flambeur becomes the centerpiece of an outdoor\u2014or even indoor\u2014kitchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With this oven, we cook over an open flame, with pizza as our main focus. We also cook without an open flame, because it\u2019s a true masonry wood-fired oven, designed to <strong>store the heat from the<\/strong> wood <strong>fire<\/strong> and release it for hours. This allows the cooking process to continue long after the last flame has gone out.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Made in Haute-Provence from natural French materials, it combines <strong>artisanal craftsmanship<\/strong> with <strong>innovation: <\/strong> <strong>The Flambeur 60 can be assembled in less than an hour<\/strong>, without any masonry work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crispy pizza, sourdough bread, caramelized vegetables, or a slow-cooked dish: its <strong>gentle, long-lasting heat<\/strong> offers a range of cooking options that goes far beyond high heat. Ideal for discerning home cooks, lovers of homemade food, or those who view their outdoor spaces as true living areas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&#8217;re featuring it on our website: it comes in two colors with three color combinations to choose from\u2014Black\/Manganese, Terracotta\/Sand, and Green\/Eucalyptus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Flambeur comes in two sizes: the Flambeur 90, with a cooking diameter of 90 cm, and the more compact Flambeur 60, with a cooking diameter of 60 cm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Flambeur 60 rounds out the Flambeur line, which was launched over a year ago and includes <a href=\"https:\/\/four-ephrem.com\/en\/product-category\/residential-ovens\/fours-dom-en\/flambeur-dom-en-2\/\" data-type=\"product_cat\" data-id=\"486\">models of wood-fired ovens for home use<\/a>, as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/four-ephrem.com\/categorie-produit\/professional-ovens\/flambeur-pro\/\" data-type=\"product_cat\" data-id=\"488\">a line for professionals<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:61px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Why is Le Flambeur an innovation?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Because our unfinished wood-fired oven kits typically take 2 to 3 weeks to build.  <strong>The Flambeur design allows for installation in 2 hours.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Because the oven\u2019s design differs from what you\u2019d traditionally find in a wood-fired oven\u2014which is often dome-shaped or box-shaped.
