{"id":21003,"date":"2026-06-18T14:09:35","date_gmt":"2026-06-18T12:09:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/four-ephrem.com\/?p=21003"},"modified":"2026-06-26T10:07:43","modified_gmt":"2026-06-26T08:07:43","slug":"ephrem-is-showcasing-the-le-flambeur-pro-120-wood-fired-oven-at-sirha-mediterranee-marseille-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/four-ephrem.com\/en\/ephrem-is-showcasing-the-le-flambeur-pro-120-wood-fired-oven-at-sirha-mediterranee-marseille-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Ephrem is showcasing the Le Flambeur Pro 120 wood-fired oven at Sirha M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e Marseille 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:47px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On March 24 and 25, we were in Marseille for the first edition of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sirha-mediterranee.com\/fr\">Sirha M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e<\/a><\/strong>, a new event dedicated to professionals in the restaurant, hospitality, and culinary industries.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this inaugural edition, the event partnered with the European selection of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bocusedor.com\/fr\">Bocuse d\u2019Or<\/a><\/strong>, providing a particularly dynamic setting for discussions, demonstrations, and gatherings centered on gastronomy.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:65px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The inaugural Sirha M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e Marseille, a celebration of sharing<\/h2>\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On this occasion, we were pleased to introduce the new color combination for <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/four-ephrem.com\/en\/product\/the-flambeur-120\/\">the Flambeur Pro 120<\/a>: Ochre\/Indigo<\/strong>, a new option that enhances our line of professional wood-fired ovens.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But as is often the case at these major culinary events, it is also the moments of camaraderie and creativity that leave a lasting impression.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:52px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Food Corner at Manufacture Ephrem<\/h2>\n\n<div style=\"height:42px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the highlights of our participation in Sirha M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e took place at the <strong>Manufacture Ephrem Food Corner<\/strong>, set up outdoors.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To bring this culinary space to life, several talented chefs took turns in the kitchen:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pichotome\/\">Manuel Barth\u00e9l\u00e9my<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/papydiaz\/\">Julien Diaz<\/a> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/emmanuelperrodin\/?hl=fr\">Emmanuel Perrodin<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All of this is orchestrated by Marina Barth\u00e9l\u00e9my, who is at the helm of this wonderful culinary adventure.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the course of these two days, demonstrations and tastings took place one after another in an atmosphere that was both professional and warm, true to the spirit that defines our events.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-4 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"480\" height=\"640\" data-id=\"20976\" src=\"https:\/\/four-ephrem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/img_3900.jpeg\" alt=\"Manu Barth&#xE9;l&#xE9;my arranging the socca on a platter in front of the Ephrem Le Flambeur Pro 120 wood-fired oven during the Les Chefs &#xE0;
