As part of a press<\/strong> event organized by theAgence de D\u00e9veloppement<\/a>, the editorial staff of the magazine C\u00f4t\u00e9 Sud<\/a> <\/strong>magazine traveled the region for a week to prepare a major report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Journalists from C\u00f4t\u00e9 Sud<\/strong> magazine, which makes art de vivre, scenic beauty and interior design its DNA, discovered the region’s businesses from November 16 to 22, 2025. Their aim is to prepare a 20-page feature story<\/strong> for the March\/April 2026 issue. <\/p>\n\n

On the menu are around 30 addresses, including hotels, boutiques, restaurants, artisans and businesses… to showcase the know-how and richness of the 04 region.<\/p>\n\n

Highlights<\/strong> included a visit to the Ephrem company<\/strong> in Villeneuve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Virginie and Sylvain have opened the doors of their factory. Since the end of 2019, they have been writing a new page in the history of Ephrem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Today, Ephrem has an ambitious development project<\/strong>, structured around three major axes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Technological innovation<\/strong>: wood-fired ovens 2.0, new-generation eco-designed masonry heater, mixed solar\/biomass cooking system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Modernization of the business<\/strong>: creation of L’Office<\/em>, a training center dedicated to wood-fired cooking; modernization of production; energy-efficient renovation of the site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Deployment of the 3-hectare estate<\/strong>: rehabilitation of a wasteland into the Ateliers du Lauzon<\/em>, an agro-ecological experimentation zone, photovoltaic buildings to be rented out for activities linked to sustainable development – with the eventual prospect of a third-location facility.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    <\/div>\n\n\n\n

    This could lead to the creation of 5 to 10<\/strong> additional jobs<\/strong> in the medium term.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
