These genuine mass-produced wood-fired ovens, combining performance, precision and authenticity, were used throughout the day to support demonstrations by several renowned chefs, illustrating the mastery and richness of wood-fired cooking.   <br\/><br\/>Manu Barth\u00e9l\u00e9my of the restaurant<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/lo-pichotome.eatbu.com\/?lang=fr\">Lo Pichotome<\/a><\/strong> baked his sweet pizzas,<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/j.bergmeister\/?hl=fr\">Jonh Bergmeister<\/a><\/strong> his focaccias and schiacciatas, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/alixhar\/\"><strong>Alix Hardy<\/strong><\/a> her pizzettes, and Guillaume from<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/fermentsbakery\/?hl=fr\">Ferments Bakery<\/a><\/strong> bakery pizzas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants were able to discover different approaches to pizza thanks to presentations by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/marthebrejon\/\">Marthe Brejon<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/chef_julien_serri\/\">Julien Serri<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pierre_rigothier\/\">Pierre Rigothier<\/a><\/strong> and many other talents on the French culinary scene.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#f5a555\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>  A unifying event based on taste and sharing  <\/strong><\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<div style=\"height:33px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout the day, visitors enjoyed a full program of culinary demonstrations, tastings, themed discussions, illustration workshops and DJ sets.
