More than a meal, this first edition of<strong>ARDENT<\/strong> was a celebration of tradition, taste, fire and sharing. <\/h3>\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A first edition full of promise<\/h2>\n\n<p>To mark St. John&#8217;s Day and the 50th anniversary of our factory, we wanted to make a lasting impression with a unique event. At the heart of our workshops in Villeneuve in the Alpes de Haute Provence, our wood-fired ovens <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/four-ephrem.com\/en\/residential-ovens\/le-flambeur\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/four-ephrem.com\/fours-domestiques\/le-flambeur\/\">Les Flambeurs<\/a>\n<\/strong> were the stage for a culinary ballet orchestrated by three passionate chefs: <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/emmanuelperrodin\/?hl=fr\">Emmanuel Perrodin<\/a>\n<\/strong>, <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/papydiaz\/?hl=fr\">Julien Diaz<\/a>\n<\/strong> and <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pichotome\/\">Manu Barth\u00e9l\u00e9my<\/a>\n<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>The challenge? To create a five-course menu, 100% cooked in a wood-fired oven. A technical as well as an artistic feat, enhanced by local, seasonal ingredients and expertly controlled cooking.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fire as a common thread<\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">From breads and meats to vegetables and desserts, each dish paid tribute to the power and poetry of fire. The chefs made embers and flames dance to offer guests a unique sensory experience, blending woody smells, smoky textures and bold flavors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">To accompany this feast: a selection of <strong>lively<\/strong>, <strong>natural<\/strong> <strong>wines<\/strong> chosen by <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/lauraaillaud_luberon\/\">Laura Aillaud<\/a>\n<\/strong>the <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/domainedesbergeries.fr\/\">Domaine des Bergeries de Haute-Provence<\/a>\n<\/strong>. Their powerful, vibrant vocals enveloped the space in an authentic, collective energy.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Around the long tables set up inside the factory, the 135 guests shared much more than a meal: a moment of communion, human warmth, and a celebration of fire in all it represents.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shared success<\/h2>\n\n<p>This first <strong>Act of ARDENT<\/strong> would not have been possible without the involvement of our partners, volunteers, artists, chefs, winemakers and guests.
