Each part of our wood-fired ovens<\/strong> is made from refractory earth concrete, using French, natural, high-quality raw materials. We use pozzolana<\/strong> for our domestic wood-fired ovens<\/strong>: a volcanic earth extracted in Ard\u00e8che. For our professional and baker\u2019s wood-fired ovens<\/strong>, our earth concrete is made with chamotte<\/strong>, a clay sourced from Aquitaine. The result is a high level of refractoriness, ensuring excellent thermal mass: the heat from the wood is stored and then gradually released throughout the cooking cycle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
