The largest fixed oven for food trucks

A model specially designed in collaboration with pizza professionals to offer more space in a lightweight design. It features a floor with fewer refractory slabs (compressed and calcined) at 4 cm thick, and weighs in at just 430 kg. It can cook up to 5 pizzas simultaneously, with a door opening of 54 x 24 cm. It can be assembled onto the metal table base, which is sold as an optional extra, or installed in a fixed location. This wood-fired oven features an external hood in order to optimise its leaktight door. Included: hood, double swing steel door & refractory clay slab floor (4cm).
